    Keeping with our theme of the church as 'Missionary Community' here is a quote from the Church of England report entitled Mission Shaped Church:

    The church is both the fruit of God’s mission - those whom he has redeemed, and the agent of his mission - the community through whom he acts for the world s redemption.

  • A Vision of the Lost by William Booth

    Whilst looking for something else I came across this vision that William Booth (the founder of the Sallvation Army) had. I used it in my last sermon when I was a curate in Portchester and think it relates well to the of the Church as Missional Community.
